Study how people behave or make decisions.
Look at how people learn or find out what they think about something.
Look at how to improve services.
This community is responsible for all management-related research and studies affairs and activities. Goals and Objectives
Research and Studies involves a strategic commitment to improving the organization’s effectiveness, as well as to enhance its opportunity. The goal is to improve the organization’s ability to execute its core processes more efficiently.
There are four broad objectives, as follows:
