The Social Community of Practice (CoP) consist of “group of experts” who are formed inside the organization. Their role is to plan and develop the Social strategies and activities to meet the BMS strategic objectives. We at BMS are seeking our active members to volunteer and contribute to our Social strategy by joining our CoP and to start immediately to plan for activities inside BMS.

Goals and Objectives
The Social activities involve a strategic commitment to improving the organization’s effectiveness, as well as to improving its opportunity enhancement. The goal is to improve the organization’s ability to execute its core processes more efficiently. There are four broad objectives, as follows:
