About Bahrain Management Society

Bahrain Management Society was established in 1995 by an elite group of managers and leaders of Bahraini society. It contributed during the previous period to spread the management and leadership culture through administrative and leadership programs, conferences, and seminars that included administrative and leadership principles and practices and their developments. The society, through its various committees, has contributed to empowering managers and leaders with the skills they need to carry out the required tasks and contribute to increasing their production, raising the level of their job performance, and the success and progress of their institutions.

Given the support of the wise leadership headed by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the support of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty and President of the Supreme Council for Women, many Bahraini women hold leadership positions. Administratively, the Bahrain Management Society was keen to keep pace with this development and allocate a special committee to raise the efficiency of Bahraini women in the administrative and leadership field, which is the committee for integrating women’s needs. It was also proposed to create an interactive platform specialized in the leadership and administrative field for women to raise awareness of the importance of integrating women into these two fields, empowering and advancing women, and increasing their presence in senior positions by highlighting their competence and skill in administrative and leadership excellence.
