Biography
A seasoned banking expert, social activist, and dedicated volunteer in both charitable and sports initiatives, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK. His professional career includes prominent roles such as Head of Operations and Head of the Wealth Department at Kuwait Finance House Bahrain, as well as Manager of the Commercial Division at the National Bank of Bahrain.
He has earned numerous specialized certifications in banking, economics, financial management, and leadership from respected local and international institutions, and has actively participated in workshops and conferences in Islamic banking and leadership both domestically and abroad. His outstanding community involvement has earned him several honors, including the prestigious Shaikh Isa bin Rashid Award for Voluntary Work from His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and recognition from Dr. Shuangwan Zhou, President of the International Taekwondo Federation, for his contribution to the sport in Bahrain. A former taekwondo coach and black belt holder, he has experience in various Olympic and self-defense sports.
He serves or has served on multiple boards, including the Bahrain Paralympic Committee, the Bahrain Self-Defense Federation, and regional taekwondo and business associations.
His work reflects a unique blend of financial expertise, civic responsibility, and athletic leadership.
