President

Dr. Lulwa AlMutlaq is a Founding President of Golden Trust Business Consultancy WLL and Golden Trust Training & Consultancy established in 2006 and 2007 respectfully.  She is the President of the Bahrain Management Society, member of the Board of Trustees of Bahrain Society of Human Capital Development and Board Member of Ahlia University.  She had a rewarding career in both private and public sectors where she was lastly appointed by His Majesty the King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, and served as board member of the Capital Municipal Council 2018-2022.

Dr. Lulwa holds a Ph.D. in Education and Human Development, Vanderbilt University, USA and master’s degree in vocational education and Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, USA.  Throughout the years, she acquired high level of educational, professional and leadership knowledge and expertise and established and led private businesses which contribute to economy and knowledge sharing and transfer.

Dr. Lulwa is a nominee of Women in Business for the Woman of the Year Awards 2024. On 2021, she Awarded a Global Women Leadership 2021 from SMES Street, India and on December 2015, she receives a Bahraini Women Award by Her Royal Highness Amira Sabeeka Bent Ibrahim AlKhalifa for being in a Senior Position at one of the leading International Banks; Arab Banking Corporation “BANK ABC” (B.S.C.) where she progressed to the role of Senior Vice President in Banking and Financial sector. 

Dr. Lulwa was officially appointed at the Supreme Council of Women’s Economic Committee and Women Empowerment Committee (Vice Chairman) and Chairman of the Training, Human Resource and Education Committee of the Bahrain Chamber and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Bahrain Human Resource Development Fund for Banking & Financial Sector (HRD Fund).

Dr. Lulwa has served the community as volunteer in the boards of many professional organizations which provided her an opportunity to represent different entities as a representative, keynote speaker, presenter, and chairperson in several local, regional and international Human Resources, Business and Leadership and Management events.

Moreover, she is a regional and global volunteer where she is a Global Advisor of Ladies of All Nations International “LOANI”, Head of Arab World Division of International Youth Society “IYS” and an Editorial Board Member of Human Resource Development Review HRDR Journal, USA. Member of The Arab Academics and Scientists Union and the Network of International Scientists and Researchers.

Furthermore, at professional level, Dr. Lulwa is an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation “ACC ICF”, Master Certified Coach of Arab Coaching Union “MCC”, Vice President of the Consultative Council of the Arab Coaching Union, Accredited Small Enterprises Consultant, Chartered Fellow of CIPD and Qualified Angel Investor “QAI” of WBAF.
