Hameed Yousuf Rahma is an experienced government executive with over three years of leadership in corporate governance, commercial law, external auditing, and financial management. He has overseen six departments at Bahrain’s Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, managing a team of over 300 employees and an annual budget exceeding one million Bahraini Dinars. His career includes key roles in combating money laundering, consumer protection, and developing accounting standards. Hameed has contributed to major national reforms, including drafting corporate governance laws, leading digital transformation initiatives, and representing Bahrain in international trade and regulatory negotiations. He holds a Master’s in Commerce and an Executive Diploma in Management from Darden Business School in the U.S.
