Treasurer

Mohamed Isa serves as the Treasurer of the Bahrain Management Society (BMS) for the 2024–2026 term. In this role, he ensures sound financial governance, promoting transparency, sustainability, and accountability to support the Society’s mission of advancing management practices and professional excellence across Bahrain.

Beyond BMS, Mohamed is an accomplished C-level executive, board member, and advisor with more than 24 years of leadership experience in finance, real estate, private equity, FMCG, and corporate governance. As former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of INOVEST, he led major financial initiatives, including a successful IPO, a $43 million rights issue, and managing liquidity of over $100 million. His contributions have generated value exceeding $350 million.

Mohamed has served on boards in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Australia, offering expertise in audit, risk management, and strategic planning. He is an award-winning keynote speaker, bestselling author, and business strategist, having delivered over 300 speeches globally, including at Google in the United States, on topics such as leadership, communication, and organizational excellence.

Currently, Mohamed is pursuing a PhD in Management at Kathmandu University, where he focuses his research on leadership decision-making in extreme environments. His unique blend of practical experience, thought leadership, and adventurous spirit ensures he delivers value wherever he serves.
