Integration of Women's Needs
Committee Objectives are as follows:
- Promote the role of women in leadership and management.
- Assist in enhancing the percentage of women in management and leadership in different sectors.
- Contribute to the development of women in management and leadership positions.
- Assist women to realize their full potential in various fields of management and leadership.
- Train women on different management approaches to enable them to manage effectively and efficiently.
- Promote equality in employment and reach higher positions.
- Activate higher management and leadership engagement of women in different sectors.
- Empower women through training, development, coaching, mentoring.
- Promote UN SDG’s number 3 “Good Health and Well being”, 5 (Gender equality), 8 (Decent work and Economic Growth), 10 (Reduce inequalities), 16 (Peace, Justice and strong institutions), 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
- Taking steps that support the elimination of all management practices that discriminate against or are detrimental to the overall development of Women in management and/or leadership.
- Ensuring the integration of Women in national processes and promoting the mainstreaming of gender on all issues of national importance.
- Conduct surveys and studies related to women in management and leadership.
