With the election of the new board of directors, the Bahrain Management Society reviews its strategic plan prepared by the president of the Society in preparation for discussion soon by the members of the board of directors, in addition to inviting a number of specialists in management and leadership to obtain their feedback and opinions on crystallizing the final strategy as relevant parties and in line with the requirements of the plan Economic recovery in implementation of the call of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, may God protect him, announced by the Council of Ministers headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect and protect him.
The Society will focus on the initiatives of the economic recovery plan in terms of management and leadership in terms of qualifying young people to assume supervisory positions, including administrative and leadership.
Dr. Lulwa Al-Mutlaq confirmed that the society seeks to cooperate with all parties to facilitate the process of developing and qualifying youth and advancing administrative and leadership practices in a way that serves the economic recovery plan and has a quick positive return on the issue of administrative growth, which is an important matter in the advancement of institutions and organizations.
The strategy also works to enhance digital leadership and management by providing modern initiatives that keep pace with developments and achieve digital sustainability through continuous management and leadership training.
The strategy will also include several areas, including tourism management, health management, technical management, financial management and industrial management.
It is worth mentioning that the Board of Directors will work on developing indicators to achieve the strategy in cooperation and solidarity with the various relevant authorities in the Kingdom.
Through the continuity of qualifying administrators and leaders and providing them with what is new in the science of management and leadership, there will be an important and sustainable development in the administrative and leadership sciences that enhance practices that revive the national economy and contribute to raising the level of services.
